Definitions and Applicability

1.1 Key Definitions

In this document, "bet side" refers to the entity operating this platform. "User" or "member" means any person registered on bet side. "Service" refers to bet side's website, mobile application, and all associated digital platforms. "Account" means a user's personal registered profile.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all bet side services — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, crash games, and other entertainment activities. 1.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the decision of bet side authority shall be final. If any part of this document is unclear, the member may contact the bet side support team directly via live chat or email.

Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account on bet side. If the same person creates more than one account, bet side reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts and forfeit any pending balance. If multiple people in a household use the same device or IP address, bet side support must be informed in advance.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information regarding name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment details is strictly prohibited. If any information changes, the support team must be notified as soon as possible.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. No one else may be allowed access to your account. If any unauthorised activity on the account is suspected, bet side support must be notified immediately. bet side will never ask for your password or OTP under any circumstances.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 Age Requirement

All bet side services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Registration and use of services by those under 21 is strictly prohibited. bet side may request valid identification to verify age at any time.

3.2 Identity Verification Process

A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification may be required for account verification. The mobile banking account number used for payment must be registered in the member's own name. bet side reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Use of Third-Party Accounts

Depositing or withdrawing using a mobile banking account registered in someone else's name is not permitted. If such a situation is detected, the transaction will be cancelled and the account will be placed under review.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks) can be used to make deposits on bet side. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum limit depends on the account type and verification status.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

bet side is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number. The payment instructions provided must be followed carefully before making a deposit. If there is an issue with any transaction, support must be contacted with the transaction reference number.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

bet side offers weekly and special bonus promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offers page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collecting bonuses through multiple members of the same household, or attempting to exploit the bonus system in any other way will be considered abuse. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 Right to Modify Promotions

bet side reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. If an ongoing campaign changes, members will be notified through the platform.

Section 06

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Every bet on bet side is governed by the rules of the relevant section. For cricket, football, and other sports, if an event is cancelled, the original bet amount will be refunded. For casino and live casino games, if a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the game provider's rules will apply.

6.2 Quota and Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will remain unchanged even if the odds change afterwards. In live betting, odds may change at any moment, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

Sports betting results depend on the official announcement of the relevant sporting authority (such as ICC or the BPL committee). Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be altered. If there is a dispute over any result, the decision of bet side authority shall be final.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet side platform:

• Operating bets or games through any software, bot, or automated method
• Placing bets while claiming prior knowledge of game results
• Attempting to control bets through team collusion
• Stealing or misusing another member's account information
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources

7.2 Technical Tampering

Interfering with the platform's security systems, attempting unauthorised access to servers, or attempting to modify game software is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7.3 Use by Professional Teams

Players, coaches, referees, or officials directly connected to a sporting event are prohibited from placing bets on that event. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, bet side may place the relevant bet or account under review.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bet side

bet side may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Bonus abuse or attempted fraud
• Suspicious betting activity
• Failure to pass age verification

8.2 Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must notify the support team in writing. All pending withdrawals should be completed before the account is closed. Reopening a closed account may require identity verification.

8.3 Balance Management

If an account is closed by bet side (other than for a terms violation), any pending valid balance will be returned. If closure is due to a terms violation, a decision on the return of the balance will be made after an investigation.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Liability for Service Disruption

bet side is not obligated to provide direct compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, third-party payment provider issues, or any other reason. However, in such situations, a fair resolution will be sought for any affected bets or games.

11.2 Liability for the User's Device

bet side is not responsible for any loss caused by a member's own device, internet connection, or negligence in password protection. Taking adequate precautions to secure the account is each member's personal responsibility.

11.3 Third-Party Connections

Third-party studios that provide games on the bet side platform operate under their own rules and RTP. bet side has no direct control over the functioning of their games, but will attempt to contact them on behalf of a member if an issue arises.

Changes & Amendments

12.1 Right to Modify Terms

bet side may change or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via a notification in their account or a clear announcement on the site.

12.2 Effect of Changes

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If the revised terms are not acceptable, members have the option to close their account.
